Our stoma care service offers experienced, dignified assistance with appliance changes, skin care around the stoma site, and everyday management. Carers help individuals settle into a routine that fits comfortably into daily life.
Adjusting to life with a stoma can be a significant change, and our carers are mindful of the practical and emotional side of that adjustment. We work alongside stoma care nurses and encourage independence wherever possible, while remaining on hand for support.

My Homecare provide services on the following basis:
Visit times and length tailored to your needs
Routine visits at the time you need, one to five times daily. Minimum visit period 30 minutes in duration
Overnight stays and sleep in services.
Respite care and short term contracts for periods such as main carer holiday
Domestic services starting from one hour duration
A flexible service as the needs of the person develop.
