Parkinson's Care
Our Parkinson's care service provides specialist support for individuals managing the physical and daily-living challenges of Parkinson's disease. Carers are trained to assist with mobility, balance and the strict medication timing that's often essential to managing symptoms effectively.
As Parkinson's can change day to day, our care plans are built to flex with fluctuating needs rather than stay fixed. Carers work in partnership with families and specialist Parkinson's nurses to support independence, reduce fall risk, and help individuals continue with the activities and routines that matter most to them.
